Today (Monday, 22nd of March 2010) was the official day, in which Genius Funds should be back online. Well, it is not. Anybody surprised? Actually a lot of people are... even more - some people still believe that Genius Funds will be back any minute now. Mark Stelvio is gone guys... Gone with your money... and he is trying the same trick again, under a new name.

If you deposited money using AlertPay in the last 30 days you can dispute the transaction and you may get your money back (ONLY transactions for the last 30 days). Submit a ticket to Alertpay

Just days after The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission published their statement about GeniusFunds (‘GENIUS INVESTMENTS CYPRUS LTD')  there are no more ads in Google. I guess the ad campaign was stopped because there is no point in trying to get new "clients".

1.Is not permitted to provide investment and ancillary services in the Republic, pursuant to Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law, as:

GeniusFunds are still operating but it seems that they may be struggling with the cash flow. Today (08-March-2010) Michalis Costandines (who is premium account manager in Genius Investments Limited) sent e.mails to a number of GeniusFunds customers with a "special offer":
